New Class for Seniors

We have a new senior-friendly mid-day class starting on Wednesdays from 11:30 - 12:15. It is geared towards those who want to practice repetitive movement and stretching. Balance, breathing, and coordination will be the main points of focus. There will be both seated and standing postures. And if you have a cane, we will teach a few basic self defense techniques. Come learn some cane-fu!
